As she lights her cigarette and the smoke wafts to him he wonders if this alone is the reason he comes back every Sunday. Since he quit smoking 10 years ago he loves to walk by groups of smokers. Inhale the scent. Vicarious living is his forté now. So he breathes in. He doesn’t know what brand the girl smokes. He doesn’t even know if she is a girl. She is an impressionistic being at best.
